Largest Ever Collection Of Bond Cars To Go On Display At Hampshire Museum

The largest ever exhibition of Bond cars is due to go on display at the National Motor Museum in Hampshire next year.
The extensive collection, which features 50 iconic models from Aston Martin and Jaguar among others, will be on show for the whole of 2012 and will feature some of the most famous models in the franchise's 50 year history.
Among the classic cars on display will be the 1964 Aston Martin DB5 from Goldeneye, the 2002 Jaguar XKR from Die Another Day and the the 1937 Rolls Royce Phantom III from Goldfinger. The 2008 Aston Martin DBS from Quantum of Solace will also feature in the display which is being produced in association with EON Productions.
'Following the success of the first Bond cars exhibition staged at Beaulieu in 2001, we are delighted to be working with EON again on this new display, bringing together the world's largest collection of Bond vehicles,' commented the museum's commercial director Stephen Munn.
In addition to celebrating Bond's 50th birthday, the display will also mark the museum's 40th anniversary. The Beaulieu museum features more than 250 models and tells the story of British motoring from the very start until present day.
As well as the upcoming Bond display, the museum also showcases four world land speed record holders and the 'World of Top Gear' which displays the actual models created by the show's presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.
